Getting Started
To maintain the personalized and safe nature of a mobile practice, Serene Escape operates within a trusted client network.
If you were referred: Please include the name of your referrer in your request,
If you are new to us: We welcome your inquiry! Please fill out the consultation form in detail so we can understand your wellness needs and verify your information prior to your first session.
Deposit & Payment Policy
Deposit: A minimum deposit of $40 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session.
Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of service
Accepted Methods: We accept cash and credit cards via Stripe Tap to Pay.
Mobile Service Requirements
To ensure the best possible experience, we ask that you provide:
A clear space for the massage table setup (approximately 12ft by 10ft).
A quiet environment with minimal interruptions.
Mobile Service Security
For the safety of both client and therapist, a GPS check-in is required.
Draping & Professionalism
Draping Policy: Professional draping is required at all times to ensure your comfort, privacy, and modesty. Only the specific are being worked on will be exposed.
Session Termination: A session may be terminated at any time by either the client or the therapist. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be required.
