Welcome to Serene Escape, a mobile massage experience designed to provide relaxation, restoration, and personalized care in the comfort of your space. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable session.
Referral Policy
Services are offered on a referral-only basis to maintain a safe and trusted environment.
All clients must provide the name of the person who referred them when submitting a consultation request.
Consultation & Booking Process
All appointments begin with a consultation request. Submissions are reviewed prior to approval.
Once approved, you will receive next steps including deposit details, intake/consent forms, and scheduling options.
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session.
Payment Policy
The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking confirmation.
Mobile Service Requirements
To ensure the best experience, clients must provide:
Sufficient room for a massage table setup (12ft by 10ft)
Minimal interruptions during the session
Draping Policy
Proper draping is required at all times to ensure comfort, privacy, and professionalism. Only the area being worked on will be exposed.
Session Termination Policy
The session may be terminated at any time by either the client or the therapist.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
